Bakerista
The tropical climate of the garden home in Chiang Mai center combined with the fresh, soft and sweet homemade cake and bakery of Bakerista. Before she created Bakerista brand, Khun Mom Nuanjan Puttawong, she liked to cook dessert at home, open book and adjusts the taste by herself. Including, bringing the seasonal fruits to mix in multiple formats. In leisure time, she’s often in the kitchen and give the bakery to her friends make them impress and suggest to sell her bakery to the coffee shop. Until, she thought she has enough potential to open a shop. So, Bakerista was officially launched in 2006.
Every piece of cake and bakery is made from the shop owner’s intention. Begin with, Coconut Pie, she selects fresh sweet coconut and tip of this delicious pie is the sweet coconut juice. The rare dessert is Nanuan that required the attention to do in every step. Nanauan ingredients are yolk and sugar. The final step that must be baked with aromatic candles.
